There is a report from a customer, said that when he tried to close the Issue Requisition in Ellipse, he got an error.
When we trace the error, it’s found that the Work Order which the Issue Requisition is charged to has been finalized. So, to resolve the problem, we do some steps:
1. From MSO144 Option 1 Requisition Number [irnum] and Item Number [itemnum] Action C, we delete the Work Order Information.
2. From MSO960 at the district where the problem Cost Center is, we activate the Cost Center (temporarily).
3. From MSO142 Option 1 Requisition Number [irnum] and Issued By [issuedbyid], we use action Y and 0 for requisition amount.
4. From MSO901 we check the transaction created, and it’s OK. The Issue Requisition is served with amount 0 (no transaction created).
Alhamdulillah, the problem is solved.
